All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and holidays).

With each placed order, you will receive a confirmation email and then a second email with your shipping confirmation including your order tracking number.
During busy periods, order preparation may take 72 hours or 3 business days.
The choice of carrier as well as the price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, product availability, basket amount, and the shipping country.
Our shipping methods
Via Colissimo (home delivery, pickup point, post office, within 10 to 14 business days).
If an order for multiple items is connected to different suppliers, the items are then sent separately.
Delivery fees
The delivery cost for orders under €50 is €4.90, and above this amount, the delivery cost is waived. Holisticasa reserves the right to modify this cost for a short given period or to cancel it. This modification does not require any prior notice to the site’s customers.
Under no circumstances can a third party claim a refund of the delivery fees in place at the time of purchase. Information regarding delivery fees is displayed at all times in the upper part of any page of the site, as well as at the order confirmation stage.
