REFUND POLICY

An online purchase can be a stressful moment, especially when it’s a gift. We offer you the possibility to return your purchase for a full refund or, in some cases, an exchange within 14 days.

CASES OF RETURNS

Definitive Return:

You are not satisfied with the product you received and wish to return it for a refund.

Exchange:

You are not satisfied with the product you received and wish to exchange it for another Holisticasa product.

RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return your product to us within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that:

·  The product is in perfect condition and complete in its original packaging. The product must not have been worn, used, modified, washed, or damaged. If the package is opened or the packaging is damaged, the products cannot be returned or refunded.

·  The product has not already been returned.

·  The product is not on sale or discounted at the time of purchase.

·  The product was not made-to-order or specially personalized for the order.

·  Your previous purchase has not been subject to a definitive return.

·  The product has been sent back within 14 days after receipt.

·  The return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

In accordance with Article 14 of our General Conditions of Sale (GCS) and current legislative rules, the buyer, as a non-professional, has a withdrawal period of fourteen calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.
